Daniel is a playwright, director, and producer based in New York City. He received his MFA in Playwriting at Columbia University. Previously, he worked as the Associate Producer for Anna Deavere Smith Projects, assisting with research and development on a number of Smith’s plays, including “Notes From the Field” and its upcoming follow-up, The Pipeline: Girls Project. He also was the writer’s assistant for David Henry Hwang on his musical “Soft Power” and the TV show “Billion Dollar Whale.”
